Dear colleagues and patients,
I am writing to inform you of my retirement from the practice of medicine, effective September 27th, 2024, due to unforeseen health issues. It is with honor and respect that I thank you for allowing me to care for you for the past 43 years.
As I transition toward a retirement date of September 27th, 2024, I assure you that you will continue to receive the quality care and service to which you are accustomed. I am confident that my associates, Dr. Roger Adler, Dr. Jim Wilson, Kimberly Lopez APN, Dr. Ivetta Daccache, and Dr. Nicole Hanna, along with our most dedicated staff, will continue to serve you in an outstanding manner. All my associates understand and exemplify my philosophy of quality care with a personal touch.
To accomplish a smooth transition, I will continue to see patients up until September 27th and will continue to be the overall Medical Director at Bond Eye Associates. My colleagues in concert with our advanced medical records system will ensure a flawless continuation of the quality care you have come to expect. I place you in the most capable hands.
