What can you expect when coming to our practice?
Masks: Masks are optional, however we request that you wear one if you have any cold or flu symptoms during your appointment.
Waiting Room: Bond Eye Associates' waiting room is now open! Please practice social distancing. If you are not comfortable sitting in our waiting room we will still be happy to text or call you to let you know to come back in when an exam room is ready for you. We ask that patients do not come into the office more than 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
Updated visitor and companion policies: No visitors may accompany patients unless they are needed to assist the patient.
Social distancing:Â All staff, patients, and visitors will adhere to social distancing guidelines.
What extra steps are in place to keep all of us safe?
Your safety, along with the safety of all of our staff and doctors, is our #1 priority.
Infection prevention precautions: We are utilizing enhanced cleaning procedures and sanitizing of surfaces, instruments, equipment and exam rooms in between every patient.
- Infection control measures are readily available for our patients and their guests, such as, masks, alcohol-based hand sanitizers, tissues, hand soap, and waste receptacles.
- Face shields are in place at the slit lamp and the front desk.
- Bond Eye Associates has installed HEPA Air purifiers throughout their facilities.
Online Patient intake forms: All patients can fill out their intake paperwork online in advance of their appointment by providing us with an email address or cell phone number and we will send a secure link where you can fill out your information prior to your appointment. Our general patient intake documents in printable form are available here. If we need additional information upon arrival, know that clipboards are cleaned at check-in, and you will receive a pen that you may keep if additional information was not able to be collected prior to your appointment.
Optical Boutique: Frames are being sanitized once they have been tried on. Please allow our opticians to help you find your new frames so we can keep track of which pairs need sanitized.
